Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to manage day-to-day credit control, administration, and client inquiries. You will handle aging reports, SPA signing coordination, and billing communications in a fast-paced property environment.

You will coordinate with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation, monitor payment progress, and perform admin tasks using the Road Runner system.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions.
• Attend to purchasers' inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare weekly aging reports for receivables.
• Enter required information and arrange SPA signing via the HIMS portal.
• Coordinate with the solicitor on SPA signing upon instruction from Sales Team.
• Prepare and issue letters for progress billing and payment collection.
• Monitor and follow up the progress of payments from purchasers.
• Handle documentation and coordination with solicitors and banks on loan docs.
• Coordinate vacant possession with internal departments.
• Manage daily admin tasks using the Road Runner property software.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
