Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration or credit control within the property development industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration correspondences and documentations for SPA, loans, billing, refinancing, and transfers.
• Monitor collections to ensure remittance within specified timeframes.
• Coordinate handover of VP documents with Project/Property teams for timely transfer to purchasers.
• Prepare cash flow projections and sales documentation reports for management review.
• Attend incoming calls, walk-ins, and emails.
• Liaise with bridging financiers for disclaimer letters and redemption payments.
