Job summary

Operations is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to design and govern the regional lead-to-cash processes, leveraging AI-enabled sales tools, CRM systems, and automation to improve productivity and decision‑making.

You will report to the Regional Manager, Sales Operations System and work on-site to scale sales processes across Southeast Asia, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governance of end-to-end sales processes.
• Proficient in leveraging CRM, automation, and analytics to drive productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the end-to-end lead-to-cash process across markets and products.
• Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and workflows into the commercial process.
• Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates and revenue realization.
• Design and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardize commercial best practices.
• Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems.
• Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design and technology roadmap.
• Be a central contact for sales process and tools transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunities.
