Job summary

IDC Research Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support APAC sales leadership with data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic programs.

You will partner with regional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth. The role focuses on executive-ready reporting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Product, and HR to enable operational excellence and business growth across the Asia

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders across Asia Pacific to provide analytical support, business insights, and recommendations for forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reviews.
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary that highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and actions required to achieve business objectives.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and respond to leadership requests within tight timelines, leveraging multiple data sources to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage and support key Sales Operations programs, including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, month-end reporting, sales performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and analytical models that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, customer trends, sales productivity, and business outcomes.
• Drive data quality, compliance, and governance standards across Salesforce CRM and other business systems to ensure accurate reporting and reliable decision-making.
