Job summary

Hilti Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an analytical and innovative Senior Digital/IT Business Analyst to join the WIN (AI Sales Assistant) team. You will shape and deliver digital solutions to enhance the sales experience for our field teams, powered by AI.

In this role you will gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and support the system in an international Scrum environment, focusing on MS Azure AI, SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years as BA in sales/marketing, AI-related areas.
• Excellent English communication in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, design and implement solutions.
• Provide system support within an international Scrum team using agile methods.
• Translate needs into solution architecture and CRM/enhanced digital journeys.
• Leverage AI-enabled insights to improve CRM and digital journeys.
