Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is hiring a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to design, govern, and optimize the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will integrate AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into daily workflows to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue tracking).
• Ability to translate insights into action and partner with multiple teams.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools.
• CRM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products
• Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and workflows into the commercial process
• Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue realization
• Design and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardize commercial best practices
• Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems
• Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency
• Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design, prioritization, and technology roadmap
• Be a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiatives
• Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunities
