You will drive data-driven decisions, manage compensation governance, and partner with regional teams to optimize performance.

• 5+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.

• Knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics: Tools/Systems and Process
• Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams; Works effectively with regional and global teams.

Mansioni

• You will be primarily responsible for sales operations activities working closely with multiple cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations etc. You shall be responsible for:
• Managing end-to-end New Year Readiness process across accounts transfer, target distribution, SHARE hierarchy, goaling & compensation
• Managing business governance & cadence incl. QBR, QBO and other business metrics
• Providing change management support for any new operational / GTM processes and systems
• Identifying “sales operations improvement initiatives” and building actionable plans that can get executed
