Job summary

IDC is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support APAC sales leadership with data-driven insights, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic programs.

You will build executive dashboards and collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and other teams to enable timely decisions and growth opportunities. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar analytical roles is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, lookups) and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support, insights, and recommendations for forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reviews.
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions within tight timelines.
