Job summary

Ninja Mart is seeking a driven Sales Operations professional in Malaysia to optimize the sales cycle, implement best practices, and build a robust performance monitoring system. You will drive process improvements, lead planning and forecasting, and ensure CRM accuracy across regions.

The role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams, rolling out the DMS, and delivering actionable insights to leadership to boost sales productivity and regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• At least 5 years in commercial management or sales operations.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales operations initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Lead weekly and monthly sales planning and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and metrics for Area Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close gaps.
• Roll out and support the DMS across regions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis.
• Act as central point of contact between Sales Ops, Commercial teams and leadership.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity of CRM and sales data.
