Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team, including CARSOME Consultants and admin staff, to deliver a high-level used car buying experience. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and support excellent inventories, tools, and processes at the Kangar branch in Malaysia.

As Branch Manager, you will report to the Dealer Principal, optimize sales performance, develop your team, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced automotive marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience with direct reports.
• Sales and customer service background; automotive industry is a plus.
• Able to set action plans and lead a team.
• Excellent communication; open-minded and able to motivate others.
• Willing to cover store hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Dealer Principal.
• Optimize team sales performance and oversee day-to-day sales flow.
• Lead team to provide our customers with a high standard of buying experience and achieve strong sales results.
• Recognize skills and develop individual development plans for team members.
• Analyze and track sales performance to meet targets.
• Solve problems and ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
