Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer journey. You will own branch results, optimize inventory and processes, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The role emphasizes strategic execution, budgeting, and data-driven decision making to boost profitability across all branch activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales & Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive retail industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets within defined timeframes.
Experience in managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of branch results and sales targets.
Drive strategies to boost team productivity and optimize vehicle acquisitions and sales.
Lead with data by tracking KPIs and acting on insights.
Oversee vehicle purchasing and selling processes with speed and consistency.
