Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to optimize branch sales performance and oversee daily operations. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive strong sales results across the Johor branch.

The role requires 3–5 years in managerial positions, with a background in sales and customer service; automotive industry exposure is a plus. You will develop action plans, mentor team members, and ensure smooth branch functioning.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in managerial roles, supervising direct reports.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service; automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to set action plans and lead a team to execute them.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
• Open minded, able to motivate and gain buy-in from others.
