Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive business performance, and deliver an exceptional customer journey using Carsome’s digital platform and teams. The role requires 5–7 years of progressive leadership in automotive retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, and a strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing a P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline is essential.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive retail industry, with at least 3 years specifically in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets within defined timeframes.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
• Highly analytical and numbers-driven with ability to analyze KPIs and financial data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s acquisition and sales targets, with full accountability for performance.
• Aggressively drive strategies to boost team productivity and optimize results in both vehicle acquisitions and sales.
• Consistently track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and act on insights to improve outcomes.
• Oversee the vehicle purchasing and selling process with precision, speed, and operational consistency.
• Refine lead generation, follow-up, and closing strategies to increase conversion rates for both sellers and buyers.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently exceed customer service and sales expectations.
• Develop personalized development plans and support career growth.
• Plan & optimize resources including Rosters, scheduling, attendance, and leave.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and standards.
• Oversee inventory levels and showroom operations to ensure smooth execution.
