Job summary

NETSCOUT seeks a Sales Engineer in Malaysia to support the sales team with top-tier pre-sales technical guidance and presentations. You will represent NETSCOUT as a product solution specialist, architect deployment options, and drive opportunities with large enterprise accounts.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, lead technical discussions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and travel regionally to close deals while ensuring high-value customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10 years’ IT experience or 7 years in a technical pre-sales role in Network Security.
• Experience with enterprise customers and securing pre-sales successes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Travel within South East Asia for sales activities.
• Explain NETSCOUT’s security product features and value propositions to customers.
