Zohorecruit in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to present technical solutions and demonstrate products to customers. You will collaborate with sales to tailor proposals and BOMs for opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to travel, and familiarity with LAN/WAN and security solutions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Positive and professional working attitude.
• Strong telephone communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work independently but be a team player.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN and security solutions experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with IP networks, routing protocols, DNS and proxy concepts.
• Willing to travel and work after hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Present products’ technical presentations to customers.
• Conduct solution demos to customers.
• Run enablement sessions for partners, end users and internal staff.
• Obtain technical certification for products distributed by the company.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POC) to help secure sales.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic accounts and qualify opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and develop proposals including BOM sizing.
