Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Network & Security in Malaysia. The role partners with Sales, Product Managers, Vendors and Customers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions, deliver demonstrations, and drive successful pre-sales engagements.

You will design solutions, prepare BOMs, and develop architecture documentation while keeping up with the latest security technologies and vendor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Network & Security pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution consulting.
• Experience with enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Recommend, design, and architect appropriate Network & Security solutions.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), solution architectures, and technical documentation for handover to delivery team.
• Design and articulate the technical and business value proposition of proposed solutions.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution sizing.
• Actively participate throughout the pre-sales lifecycle and support Account Managers in qualifying opportunities.
