Job summary

Destaco is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Malaysia to drive revenue growth across industrial printing, marking, coding, and automation sectors. The role emphasizes building distributor partnerships, closing opportunities, and executing a data-driven sales plan across a mixed landscape of customers.

You will manage key accounts, forecast opportunities, and leverage Salesforce.com while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets in a hybrid Malaysia-based setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Industrial/Manufacturing/Science or equivalent business/B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial sales with success penetrating new markets/verticals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory revenue and market share to meet sales targets.
• Develop a sales plan covering all accounts in the territory.
• Manage existing customer accounts including distributors and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop and close additional opportunities in the existing base and prospect for new ones.
• Learn and implement Markem-Imaje Sales Process and CRM usage.
• Operate within expense guidelines and demonstrate data-driven decision making.
