Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Malaysia region. The role focuses on penetrating new markets, managing distributors, and expanding the existing customer base within industrial printing and packaging sectors.

Requires strong solution selling, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement across Penang or Kuala Lumpur with opportunities for growth in an international

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in related sectors.
Experience with Salesforce.com as a CRM tool.
Strong understanding of market and competitors.
Experience with partner/distributor management preferred.
Proven ability in solution selling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue and market share in the assigned territory and hit sales targets.
Develop a sales plan to cover all accounts within the territory.
Manage existing customer accounts including distributors and enhance satisfaction.
Develop and close additional sales opportunities within the existing base.
Prospect for new opportunities and build customer relationships in the territory.
Learn and implement the Markem-Imaje sales process and policies.
