Job summary

Solaris Laser, a Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) brand, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue and market share for industrial printing and coding solutions. Hybrid role in Shah Alam, focusing on distributor relationships, account management, and new business development.

You will implement a sales plan, forecast accurately, and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage the pipeline. A diploma/degree in engineering or related field plus 5+ years in industrial sales is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Strong understanding of market and competitors.
• Distributor/partner management experience preferred.
• Solution selling, sales forecasting and negotiation skills.
• CRM usage, lead and funnel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share in the assigned territory and hit sales targets.
• Develop a sales plan that covers all accounts in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts including distributors and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop and close opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Prospect for new opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Learn and implement Markem-Imaje sales process and policies.
• Operate within expense guidelines and utilize the CRM effectively.
