Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Penang, Kuala Lumpur, or Shah Alam region. You will manage customer relationships, develop a strategic sales plan, and close new opportunities across the industrial marking and coding markets.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial/B2B sales, experience with Salesforce CRM, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work within an international, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering/Industrial/Manufacturing/Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience
• Experience in marking/coding/automation is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Ability to manage distributors/partners

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan
• Manage existing distributor accounts and customer relationships
• Close new sales opportunities and build a customer base
• Learn and implement Dover/MID sales processes
• Forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline
• Present solutions and negotiate terms with customers
