Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a segment of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue and market share in Penang or Kuala Lumpur. You will manage key accounts, develop sales plans, and close opportunities across industrial printing, marking, coding, and related sectors.

The role requires 5+ years of industrial sales experience, strong CRM and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment across Malaysia.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial sales experience in related industries or equivalent.
Experience with CRM tools and a proven track record in penetrating new markets.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue and market share in assigned territory and meet sales targets.
Develop a sales plan to cover all accounts within the territory.
Manage existing customer accounts including distributors and enhance satisfaction.
Develop and close additional sales opportunities within the customer base.
Prospect for new opportunities and build relationships within the territory.
Learn and implement company sales processes and policies.
