Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sustainable growth by expanding market presence and delivering energy-efficient compressed air solutions. You will report to the Business Line Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related fields.
• Experience with compressed air systems or related industrial solutions is an advantage.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Good command of English; presentation and negotiation skills.
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profitability and market share targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across key industries.
• Provide consultative, value-based selling and demonstrate TCO benefits.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and customer visits.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and high-potential prospects.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and provide technical/commercial solutions.
• Present, discuss technically, and demonstrate Atlas Copco solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-up and account management.
