Job summary

Lingtec Instruments Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join the Sales team. The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

• Experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or a related field is preferred.

LINGTEC Instruments Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales team.

We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and able to make sound decisions while working independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Candidates with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) experience or background will have an added advantage.

Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude, strong perseverance, and a good sense of urgency.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate initiative, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Possess good technical aptitude and willingness to learn and handle diverse product lines.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to travel when required for customer visits, meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and other sales-related activities.

Strong customer focus with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

Previous experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or a related field will be an added advantage.
