Job summary

Teltec Pacific Ltd is a growing Sales and Service organization serving the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics industry. Based in Penang, Malaysia, we invite applications for full‑time roles handling equipment and materials for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related working experience.
• Motivated with strong initiative towards problem solving.
• Strong drive to achieve business objectives and grow regional markets.
• Proven ability to document findings for escalation when necessary.
• Able to read & interpret schematic diagrams.
• Experience in conducting presentations is advantageous.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/colleagues).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision; occasional long hours.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required.
• Senior position may be considered for candidates with rich experience.

Teltec Pacific Ltd is a growing Sales and Service organization serving mainly the Semiconductor (Frontend and Backend) and the Optoelectronics Industry. We are cordially inviting applications to fill the following positions to handle the company’s represented Equipment and Materials for the mentioned applications. Positions are open in Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Follow up on customer requests for quotations & provide pre & post sales technical support

Attend to all customer requests promptly & follow-up outstanding issues for proper closure

Cultivate & develop positive working relationships with customers, users & company personnel

Develop new markets and customers on own initiative (both industrial and R&D users)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or Equivalent

Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of related working experience

Motivated individuals with strong initiative towards problem solving

Strong drive to achieve business objectives, develop regional markets & grow with the company

Proven ability document findings effectively for next-level escalation where necessary

Able to read & interpret schematic diagrams

Experience in conducting presentations will be advantageous

Fluent in verbal & written communication using both English & Mandarin languages (Role will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers / overseas colleague)

Able to work independently with minimum supervision & occasional long hours

Occasional overseas travel may be required for customer support & factory training

Senior position may be considered for candidates with rich experience
