Job summary

Cognex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Engineer to lead the creation of continuing education materials, demo certifications, and monthly sales call content, delivering clear, actionable training for the sales team.

You will mentor junior SEN Engineers, support product features, test sales motions, and partner with product and sales to align content and execute product launch training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in technical sales enablement or training.
• Proficiency in LMS, Salesforce, and PowerBI, and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willing to travel up to 30% to support internal meetings and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of continuing education materials and demo certifications for core and advanced products.
• Develop monthly sales call material and deliver training with clear context.
• Provide advanced technical support to sales and support teams and mentor junior SEN Eng.
• Review and test product features and align content with sales motion and product launches.
• Own BGDS slides in SEN team and support junior engineers for alignment.
• Develop and review manuals, guides, and knowledge articles for user-friendly communication.
