• Deliver professional product training to end users; track product usage of key clients and continuously lift customer satisfaction.
• Provide customized project guidance for key clients based on their business demands.
• Develop technical documents for product demos and training activities.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to organize offline and online marketing events.
