Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in sales, marketing or healthcare.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience in instructional design and development of clinical/technical training content.
• Demonstrated success as a trainer in clinical and/or sales environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and optimize training programs for field-based sales and clinical teams.
• Design content for sales, commercial and clinical training curricula in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assess knowledge and skills, analyze learning needs and translate data into targeted programs.
• Provide ongoing direction on training efforts and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure consistency with training strategy and measure effectiveness through feedback and outcomes.
• Develop and oversee new training platforms and tools.
• Create budget reports for project spend.
