Job summary

Cognex is seeking a Technical Sales Enablement professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead development of education materials, certification demos, and monthly sales call content. You will support sales teams with advanced technical guidance and mentor junior engineers, coordinating with product and sales for launches.

You will own SEN team BGDS slides and contribute to VOC/VOS/VOAE initiatives, while drafting manuals and knowledge artifacts for clear user communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years in technical sales enablement or training.
• Proficiency in LMS, Salesforce, and PowerBI, and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Travel up to 30% to support internal meetings, training and customer visits.

Essential Functions:

• Lead creation of continued education materials, including demo certifications for core and advanced products & processes. Develop monthly sales call material. Delivering experience and context of slide data.
• Provide advanced technical support to sales and support teams, mentoring Jr level SEN Eng and support escalations
• Review & test product / software features and supporting sales motion with accompaniment of more senior SEN Eng members. Partner with product and sales teams to align content. Execute product launch sales training.
• Owning BGDS slides in SEN team and supporting Jr SEN Eng for business unit for alignment
• Execute VOC, VOS, and VOAE. Support development and data collection
• Develop / Review ref manuals, guides, knowledge articles to ensure easy user experience and detailed communication. Develop market, compliance and non-technical guidance documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient understanding of Cognex products, applications, and relevant industry knowledge for TSE level products to advanced products
• Advanced knowledge of LMS, CRM (Salesforce), and data reporting tools (PowerBI)
• Advanced presentation skills with the ability to simplify and deliver complex technical information
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Able to analyze and respond to VoC and VoS insights
• Travel up to 30% to support internal meetings, training and customer visits

Minimum education and work experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years in technical sales enablement or training
• Proficiency in using LMS, Salesforce, and PowerBI, and experience in customer-facing roles
