Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a dedicated Facilities & Operations professional to oversee the retail hub’s daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor performance in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimise budgets, and support leasing-related activity to sustain occupancy and revenue.

The role requires a engineering degree with at least 3 years of hands-on facility management or related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with related field.
• 3+ years hands-on facility/building operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, facility upkeep and retail support for the retail hub.
• Support management in maximizing revenue, occupancy and business plans.
• Ensure seamless daily building operations, vendor performance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive 100% statutory and licensing compliance while budgeting operations.
• Optimize the operational and maintenance budgets against utilization.
• Assist with retail operations, campaigns and events to drive footfall.
• Maintain asset records and inventory related to facilities.
