Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mall or property operations management.
• Strong ability to manage, supervise, and monitor daily operational functions.
• Solid knowledge of M&E systems, building maintenance, and facility management.
• Proven track record in managing third-party service providers, vendors, and service contracts.
• Demonstrated capability to optimize operational costs and manage financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all aspects of property operations, including safety and security, housekeeping, parking, landscaping, and M&E systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs across building infrastructure.
• Supervise third-party service providers to ensure performance and timely renewals.
• Manage tenant contractor works to adhere to design guidelines, safety standards, and schedules.
• Monitor operational expenditures and energy usage, coordinating with regulators when needed.
• Maintain security and emergency response protocols to safeguard visitors and assets.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities to enforce standards.
• Formulate operational budgets and drive cost efficiencies against targets.
