Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily service schedules for a facilities management firm in Malaysia. You will address operational issues, serve as the main contact for stakeholders, lead and train staff, and ensure EHS compliance while optimizing budgets and resources.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, 5–7 years in service operations or related fields, and a Bachelor Degree.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree requirement in Business, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in service operations and team supervision.
Knowledge of EHS protocols and site maintenance is preferred.
Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily service schedules to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and proper record-keeping.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.
Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and conduct regular review meetings.
Lead, train, and support operational staff including scheduling and coaching.
Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality and enforce EHS protocols.
Support operational budget planning and monitor site equipment and supplies.
