Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or similar.
• Experience in marketing and credit processing.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of credit, operations and products.
• Awareness of SME issues, policies and trends.
• Basic business acumen and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maximise earnings potential and revenue of relationships.
• Ensure promptness and quality of credit processing.
• Monitor overdue accounts and prevent NPLs.
• Provide customer information to relevant parties within the Bank.
• Facilitate drawdown of facilities.
• Support and establish a high value client base.
• Coordinate with branches/head office to maximise efficiency and satisfaction.
