Affin Pheim is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to maximise earnings from a portfolio of SME accounts and build a high-value client base. The role involves reviewing account performance, ensuring timely credit processing, monitoring overdue accounts to curb NPLs, and coordinating with branches to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a degree in accounting/finance/banking/business/economics, plus experience in marketing and credit processing, with strong Bahasa

Formación

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Business/Economics or similar.
• Experience in marketing and credit processing.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SME issues, policies and trends in the country.
• Overall bank’s Credit, Operations and Product knowledge.
• Basic business acumen and industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Maximise earnings potential and revenue of relationship.
• Review and monitor performance of SME accounts.
• Ensure promptness and quality of credit processing.
• Monitor overdue accounts and undertake prompt measures to prevent NPLs.
• Provide customer level information to relevant parties within the Bank.
• Facilitate the drawdown of facilities.
• Support, identify, solicit and establish a high value client base.
• Manage proactively a portfolio of SME accounts by monitoring status and credit risk.
• Coordinate with branches/head office to maximise process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as Backup Compliance Coordinator under AML guidelines and document policy.
• Act as Backup Operational Risk Coordinator for ORM implementation in the BC.
• Champion ORM activities and liaise with GORM on ORM activities.
• Report all operational defects via LED; use OR Tools for risk management.
