AFFIN Group is seeking an experienced banking professional to plan and manage SME and commercial loan portfolios, leading a team of Relationship Managers within the Business Centre. You will drive lending targets, monitor credit quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong client relationships across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes risk management, reporting, and strategic growth within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 10+ years banking experience, preferably SME, commercial banking or credit.
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, lending principles, and portfolio management.
• Understanding of banking products, market trends and economic developments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrates high integrity, accountability, and customer-centricity.
• Leadership and guidance to staff within the Centre.

Aufgaben

• Drive achievement of lending targets as outlined in the Branch Centre Annual Credit Plan.
• Monitor and improve sales performance of the centre.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members in lending and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand the loan portfolio with prudent credit standards.
• Ensure timely processing of credit applications and periodic reviews.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and maintain asset quality.
• Balance growth objectives with sound risk management practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular engagement.
• Manage existing portfolios to maximize business opportunities and retention.
• Identify and acquire new business relationships and reduce attrition.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide advisory support to other departments.
