You will source through job portals, networks, and referrals, coordinate interviews and offers, and drive business development to grow the client base. English proficiency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Senior Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Consultant - KL Sentral

We are seeking a professional, driven, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, client management, business development, interview coordination, and successful placement. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networking platforms, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, career objectives, and suitability for available positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Understand clients' business needs, organizational structure, and hiring requirements to provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct business development activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
• Manage client vacancies and ensure timely submission of suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview and offer process between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate information, and business development activities in the company's CRM system.
