Due to expansion, we are currently looking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced and growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all the operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
• Responsible for professional and non-professional hiring across all business functions.
• Responsible for the full recruitment process, including managing job posting and headhunting, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements.
• Build strong relationships with client and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment agency will be added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Job Details

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Puchong, Selangor
• High commission payout!
