MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Consultant in Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role offers an attractive package with a basic from RM3,500 plus uncapped monthly commission and flexible hours.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for internal SSC teams and external clients, using multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver market insights. Walkable to LRT/MRT Maluri.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruitment experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Agency Headhunting, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with new people.
• Availability to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, candidate databases, referrals.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs.
• Dual Project Ownership: handle SSC expansion and outsourced recruitment projects.
• Talent Networking: represent the company at career fairs and events to generate leads.

About the Role

Join our expanding HR Consultancy team! In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment projects across both internal Shared Service Centre (SSC) teams and external corporate clients, driving end-to-end talent acquisition while unlocking uncapped monthly commission earnings.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer onboarding.

Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, candidate databases, and referral networks to build high-quality candidate pipelines.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and deliver market insights.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Agency Headhunting, or Business Development / Sales. (Fresh graduates with strong drive and communication skills are welcome to apply).

Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (to manage multilingual candidates and corporate stakeholders).

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with new people.

Availability: Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
