Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of materials and services, in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms

Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database

Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely

Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery

Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and discrepancies

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all purchases

Monitor purchasing costs and ensure alignment with budget

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
