OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Management Services to lead building operations across commercial properties, ensuring SOPs, regulatory compliance and ESG initiatives are met.

You will oversee M&E preventive maintenance, budget control, tenancy and car park management, and work with security to minimize risks while driving value enhancement for OSK Group’s properties. Diploma/Bachelor's in related field preferred, with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance and tenant management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in property management.

• Establish and implement SOPs for building management and safety.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of M&E services.
• Manage budget control and cost monitoring for building management.
• Ensure compliance with regulator guidelines and Suruhanjaya Tenaga where applicable.
• Coordinate car park operations and tenancy management.
