OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Management Services to lead building operations across commercial properties, ensuring SOPs, regulatory compliance and ESG initiatives are met.

You will oversee M&E preventive maintenance, budget control, tenancy and car park management, and work with security to minimize risks while driving value enhancement for OSK Group’s properties. Diploma/Bachelor's in related field preferred, with 10+ years of experience.

Senior Manager, Property Management Services

Establish/ revise, oversee and ensure that all policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with regard to building management and maintenance, chargeman, car park, tenancies, security & safety are in accordance with regulator’s guidelines and policies.

Ensure all planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision of buildings, M&E services preventive maintenance, upgrading, overhaul and repair works are carried out diligently according to the schedule.

Ensure daily and periodic maintenance work is carried out satisfactorily as scheduled by the in-house maintenance team and the building services contractors.

Make relevant recommendations to improve and upgrade the Company’s premises as par of the value enhancement projects of the building.

Manage the budget control and cost monitoring for building management.

Ensure that schedule routine and preventive maintenance work for HT/LV and generator set system are carried out.

Ensure all relevant requirements and regulation relating to electrical system and installation are comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Responsible for overall car park operations.

Work closely with Manager, Security to monitor on incidences related to security and safety aspect and make the necessary recommendations, where required to minimize/ eliminate the risks that may occur due to the incidences.

Ensure that all building management and security matters of OSK Group’s directors houses are administered and monitored promptly.

Fully aware of all OSK Group owned properties including OSK Realty Sdn Bhd’s properties at Raub and give full technical and maintenance support in addition to security support when necessary.

Handle Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance, such as data compilation, implementation of initiatives and ensure compliance.

To ensure SOPs are fully adhered to and compliance during audit.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing commercial properties, including office towers and/or shopping malls.

Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, tenant management, and regulatory compliance.
