Job summary

ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Supervisor- Operations to oversee daily operations and maintenance for residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. The role focuses on smooth building operations, resident relations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating service providers, inspecting safety systems and addressing resident concerns, with a requirement for Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management, Building Management, Building Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in condo/ strata property management.
• Knowledge of property management practices and building maintenance.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the property/site ensuring cleanliness, security and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate service providers and site personnel to meet requirements.
• Monitor safety systems and report issues.
• Attend to residents' complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain communication with residents, committee members and authorities.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, inspections and events.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with site rules and SOPs.
• Provide operational support to Building Manager / Operations Executive.
