STF Resources Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Head/Director of Property & Facility Management to lead M&E, cleanliness, safety, and parking operations for Grade A offices in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure uptime, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices while driving tenancy management and revenue goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/facilities & estate management, with MBA considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership of teams across facilities and property operations.
• Ensure Grade A office building standards and uptime of M&E services.
• Oversee tenancy, governance, compliance, and budgeting processes.
• Drive ESG initiatives and green building certification efforts.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage tenant retention and revenue targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead building operations and maintenance programs to ensure high uptime and safety.
• Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security to Grade A standards.
• Manage car parking facilities to optimize revenue.
• Ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met and properly archived.
• Provide guidance for policies and procedures improvements.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance across the organization.
