Job summary

Elegant Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Property Executive (Property Maintenance & Operations) to manage daily maintenance across our residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Klang Valley. The role requires proactive inspection, timely responses to tenant requests, and strong coordination with contractors.

You will prepare maintenance proposals, monitor costs within budgets, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Building Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant property/building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair works and basic M&E systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and obtaining quotations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Inspect properties for maintenance, safety, and building issues.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.
• Prepare maintenance proposals and compare quotations.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality and timelines.
• Maintain records of works, warranties, and contracts.
• Assist in property handover and vacancies.
