Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a commercially sharp Performance Marketing Executive who blends business intelligence with rapid, AI-powered ad execution. The role focuses on aligning campaigns with inventory trends, driving test-drive bookings and leads, and leveraging generative AI tools across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

You will monitor market trends, counter competitor campaigns, and optimize CAC while scaling creative assets.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital media strategy.
Strong business and commercial acumen—ability to think like a merchandiser and connect stock availability to ad messaging.
Active hands-on experience with Generative AI marketing tools.
Solid experience managing accounts on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time inventory and market trends to deploy performance campaigns quickly.
Rapidly deploy campaigns to capture demand and counter competitors.
Align ad spend with key metrics: test-drive bookings, inspection leads, inventory velocity, margins.
Collaborate with the performance team to drive acquisition across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
Utilize AI creative systems to generate and test high-performing creatives at velocity.
