Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition strategies and scale campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, with focus on user acquisition and conversion optimization.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, strong analytics, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin-English communication is valued for serving bilingual clients, with a competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop user acquisition strategies to improve FTD, FTR, retention and conversion performance.
• Monitor campaign KPIs including CPA, ROI, ROAS, and traffic quality.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and operational teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets and scaling strategies efficiently.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for continuous optimization.
