Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled AI Performance Marketing Specialist in Shah Alam to plan, execute, analyse and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google. You will leverage AI-enabled creative tools to generate high-performing assets and explore new strategies for better ROAS.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong focus on lead generation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation campaigns.
• Able to analyse advertising data and make optimisation decisions independently.
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, image generation and video generation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Manage Lead Generation campaigns with focus on lead quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign performance and improve targeting, creatives and strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, ad copies, images, videos and landing approaches.
• Use AI tools to generate advertising images, videos, scripts, copywriting and concepts.
• Research and experiment with latest AI marketing tools and trends.
• Develop new creative angles to improve campaign performance.
