Job summary

BlockOffice is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You will drive Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, X, and other channels, using AI-native strategies to optimise CAC and ROI.

Expect hands-on ownership, rapid experimentation, and collaboration with senior leadership to bring new growth frameworks into the organisation. You will build high-volume creative testing systems, develop landing page messaging, and measure impact from ad → lead →

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong track record with Google Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels.
• Develop channel strategies based on audience and objectives.
• Identify and test new paid acquisition opportunities.
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets and optimization.
• Build a structured experimentation framework across channels.
• Analytics, attribution and ROI tracking and reporting.
• Market and audience research for Web3, fintech and AI sectors.
• Grow campaigns through new channels and partnerships.
• Educate leadership on evolving performance marketing trends.
