Monolith Digital is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will build scalable campaigns, optimize backend metrics, and leverage AI tools to accelerate design and presentation building.

You will create real-time dashboards in Looker Studio, automate workflows, and deliver high-impact bi-weekly reports while guiding creative direction with concise messaging and high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns inside Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong proficiency in Looker Studio to visualize data and track performance metrics.
• Genuine passion for exploring AI to generate assets, draft copy, and automate tasks.
• Ability to analyze lead quality and make rapid decisions to improve results.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategy and daily execution in a fast-growing agency

Responsibilities

• Own Platform Operations & Media Buying: Execute and optimize end-to-end campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Focus on Backend Metrics: Analyze lead quality, junk leads, and backend conversion rates.
• Leverage AI for Design & Decks: Use ChatGPT and Canva to build decks and accelerate strategy.
• Build & Manage Dashboards: Create real-time predictive dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Automate & Integrate: Connect ad platform leads to client CRM using Zapier/n8n.
• Deliver High-Impact Reporting: Provide bi-weekly reports and concise post-mortems.
• Guide Creative Direction: Collaborate on ad copy and visuals for effective campaigns
