Job summary

Vistra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, invites applications for a Senior Specialist, Payroll. This full-time role reports to the Manager - Payroll and supports regional payroll operations across the region.

You will input data, run payroll calculations, ensure regulatory compliance and timely remittance, and help year-end reporting. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years payroll experience and strong English communication, with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Input data into payroll system and maintain clients’ staff and payroll information.
• Provide full spectrum of payroll processing including calculation, execution and reconciliation.
• Monitor and execute payroll activities according to schedule.
• Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory remittance.
• Process accurate and timely year-end reporting.
