FastLaneRecruit is seeking a Senior Payroll Executive based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for various clients in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of payroll experience, specifically in payroll outsourcing, and be proficient with payroll systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring payroll deadlines, maintaining client relationships, and guiding junior team members. The position offers a hybrid work model, health insurance, and a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing.
• Experience using payroll systems such as Rymnet, Info-Tech, JustLogin, or Payroll2U.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore clients.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia and Singapore statutory requirements.
